Franklin Resources Inc
Article Abstract:
Franklin Resources Inc gives investment services to 37 investment firms. Two insiders, Dir Harmon Burns and Dir Judson Grosvenor, clear out 125,700 shares last Dec 1992 at an average of $38 each. The insider selling was only a small part of their total stakes but the actions occurred amidst a price rise. The stock, therefore, should be given a guarded outlook as long as insider selling persists during a price increase.
