Genetic testing: a new frontier for employers
Article Abstract:
Employers may start to use genetic testing to determine whether workers have susceptibility to certain disabilities, such as carpal tunnel syndrome. Several states have passed laws that rule out the use of genetic testing because of the possibility of unfair discrimination.
