Getting your priorities right
Article Abstract:
One of the challenging factors for small practices is maintaining client relationships while negotiating a sale or merger or while undergoing a major restructure. Some actions that leaders of such practices can take during structural changes that are critical if the practice is to integrate successfully into the new entity without losing clients are presented.
