Greater focus on recurring revenues
Article Abstract:
IAF is a United Kingdom financial services company which specialises in aircraft leasing and has moved away from former activities such as truck rental. The company has a fleet of six Boeing aircraft, two of which have been leased to TNT. IAF also owns real estate in Kiev, Ukraine, leased to BAT, BP and other prestigious firms, which pay rent in US dollars to a Channel Islands subsidiary, reducing currency risk.
