The improvement in the insider sell/buy ratio has been speculated to be a reversal from a bearish trend which pervaded through 3rd qtr. 1995. However, it takes time to confirm the real trend and it is too early to say that the trend is going to be bullish. The underlying trend has to be taken into consideration.
