How to join the European party
Article Abstract:
British investors may wish to invest in stocks from mainland Europe which may appear more attractive following the creation of the European Monetary Union (EMU). Investors may also have problems in obtaining data on companies from mainland Europe.

Smooth operators
Article Abstract:
Lower risk investors in the United Kingdom could consider traded endowments which can reduce volatility from equity returns. They can be purchased in a number of ways, for example, directly from policyholders, or from market makers, or from collective investment vehicles which invest in these policies.
