Survival of any business depends on the satisfaction of the customer. Addressing the concerns of the customer with hundred percent perfection needs first hand information of their attitudes and preferences. E-commerce has come to serve this purpose and has created an online communication bridge between the customer and the manufacturer. Challenges in eliciting quality reviews with online customer feedback systems, are explained.
