Indian regulatory system stifles industry growth

The All India Biotechnology Association (AIBA) asserts that growth in India's biotechnology industry is muffled because of the country's regulatory system. AIBA said that growth is hindered by competition between the private and public sector, which is caused by a "draconian" regulatory system.
