Information quality and market share in electronic commerce
Article Abstract:
A study analyzing the impact of information quality on market share of firms offering e-commerce applications is presented. For the purpose of the study, simulation models are used. It is concluded that business enterprises offering quality information become leaders. However, this lead can be lost if periodic innovations are not introduced.

Article Abstract:
A modified, four-factor SERVQUAL instrument is found to be a valid method for measuring perceptions of quality of long-term health care services among nursing home residents in the United Kingdom and the US.
