Intellectual property-the dispute between research institutions and voluntary health agencies
Article Abstract:
The voluntary health agencies (VHA) are involved in funding research institutions, thus encouraging them to commercialize their inventions and share their royalties with them. Certain disputes arising can be avoided by conducting a dialog between an organization representing the VHAs and an organization representing the research institutes and through an agreement that will include all the necessary provisions between the two parties.
