Article Abstract:
The inter-temporal economies of scope, organizational modularity and the dynamics of diversification are analyzed. The analysis indicates that the inter-temporal economies of scope could be responsible for the success of diversified entrants through resource deployment between businesses, as inter-temporal economies of scope could have contributed towards lowering the entry costs for related diversifiers relative to newcomers.
