Interfering effects of the task demands of grip force and mental processing on isometric shoulder strength and muscle activity
Article Abstract:
Surface electromyography (EMG) is collected from various shoulder muscles by a stroop test performance on many people to study the effects of physical and mental activities on shoulder strength and muscle activity in different postures. The analysis indicates that a mental task can have the same or greater effect as concurrent physical task, which should be only considered while assessing muscular loading in the workplace.

Effect of cycle time and duty cycle on psychophysically determined acceptable levels in a highly repetitive task
Article Abstract:
Psychophysically determined acceptable torques for a common upper limb task, with both cycle time and duty cycle conditions is presented. Increased perception of discomfort with increased frequency might be related to decreased rest time for muscles.

No interference of task complexity with circadian rhythmicity in a constant routine protocol
Article Abstract:
Circadian rhythmicity in task performance that varied in complexity is discussed. A constant routine (CR) protocol was used to examine the influence of the circadian oscillator on the periodicity of performance.
