A methodology to determine the sociopolitical forces influencing lunar development policies
Article Abstract:
A framework for determining the sociopolitical factors governing lunar exploration decisions identified and analyzed positive and negative forces. Individual forces were paired on the basis of their opposite influences and then subjected to a cross-impact analysis. Probability analysis of the forces gave their relevance for a selected time frame. A lunar laboratory for the year 2015 was presented as an example of the framework.
