A business journalist feels that companies should be more inquisitive before they invest huge amounts on new management programs whose values are not assessed and the effects of these programs are been properly measured. Most of them produce initial success but after a couple of years the management team which instigated the huge program starts to break up, as people move on and the new team wants nothing to do with old ideas.
