Just when will Wall Street's headless chickens come home to roost?
Article Abstract:
There are concerns that US stock prices could fall, and one currency analyst forecasts a drop of 25%. A drop in prices could bring opportunities for buying stocks cheaply. Stock prices could fall if interest rates rise. Meanwhile, British interest rates are seen as a key factor affecting British stock prices, though they are also influenced by prices in the US. There is little belief that business cycles have ceased to be important in Britain. There are problems in diversifying into Asian stocks due to a mixture of factors that could affect Asian stock prices.
