Lotus Development Corp
Article Abstract:
Three insiders from Lotus Development Corp disposed of 31,500 shares from late Oct to Nov 1992 at the $19.50 to $21.50 price range. The insider selling occurred when the stock was nowhere near its high of $38.75 posted last Mar 1992. The three sellers were all vice presidents and two cleared out during the decline from the Mar 1992 peak. The volume of sales was not substantial but the level at which they occurred deserves a guarded attitude.

Micrografx Inc
Article Abstract:
Micrografx Inc stock struggled in early 1992 as it declined from $20 to $5. It recovered slightly to the $10 level where five insiders disposed of 218,950 shares between late Oct and Dec 1992. These sellers provided signs prior to the decline from the high teens in early 1992. Caution is suggested since disribution is being observed at low prices.
