Medical Care America
Article Abstract:
Medical Care America is the US' leading operator of outpatient surgery centers and provider of home infusion therapy. Insider purchases were noted when the issue was trading at the $20.13 before declining to the $14 area. The miscalculation represented the woes of the healthcare sector. Two insiders, however, accumulated 10,000 shares each at the cost of $14 and $15 in late Apr 1993. The purchases are made to average down on earlier purchases at higher prices. This is an encouraging development.
