Big sort-out in Frankfurt
Article Abstract:
Deutsche Bank is undergoing a process of reorganization and is entering the final stage of its restructuring. The bank faces increased competition in the field of corporate lending. Moody's Investors Service is concerned that the bank's earnings profile is becoming more volatile and the agency has adopted a negative view of the bank's rating, though this does not imply a change in Deutsche Bank's rating. The bank has been regorgaized to form four divisions and each one has autonomy over operations.
