Science Applications International Corp., Technology Services Co., Pacific Technology Services, San Diego, Calif., is being awarded a $25,065,213 indefinite-delivery/indefinite- quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee pricing contract for engineering and technical support services for improvement of multi-media communications under the precepts open architecture.
