McDonnell Douglas, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, St. Louis, Miss., is being awarded a $5,292,874 firm-fixed-price contract for the acquisition of supplies and services required for the development of consolidated automated support system test program sets for five T-45 aircraft weapon replaceable assemblies. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Miss., and is expected to be completed by January 1999. Contract funds in the amount of $3,190,898 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, N.J., is the contracting activity (N68335-98-C-0081).

Boeing North American, Inc., Long Beach, Calif., is being awarded a $25,690,095, face value increase to a firm fixed-price contract to provide for 71 conventional weapon conversion kits applicable to the B-1B aircraft. These kits will permit integration of the Joint Direct Attack Munition onto the aircraft's multi-purpose rotary launcher. At this time, $21,814,314 has been obligated. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-97-C-2004 P00005).
