Needles in December's haystack
Article Abstract:
An analysis of insider selling in securities during Dec 1992 indicates that the actions were triggered by other factors other than Pres Bill Clinton's proposed tax reforms. Many insiders cleared out shares near the year lows, negating the impact of the tax factor. Majority of the issues which showed substantial insider distribution have declined. A list of the issues where insider selling occured at the lows during the end of 1992 is presented.
