Kodak Chief Marketing Officer: Carl Gustin
Article Abstract:
Eastman Kodak Chief Marketing Officer Carl Gustin believes that shopping online for cameras and accessories only adds to the shopping experience and does not take away sales from retailers. The Internet has allowed Kodak to be closer to the customer channel as well as the end user. The job of getting closer to the customer has also been necessitated by the development of products such as 'You've Got Pictures,' Picture CD and the kiosks.
