Retired corporate vice president of Johnson and Johnson Willard Nielsen, expressed his concern over the lack of civility in public life which is causing the failure of broad consensus on any topic, he was speaking at the forty fourth annual "Distinguished Lecture" at IPR (Institute of Public Relations) in New York.
