In vivo visualization of gene expression using magnetic resonance imaging
Article Abstract:
Existing techniques will not allow high-resolution in vivo imaging of gene expression in opaque animals. Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) utilizing an MRI contrast agent can indicate reporter gene expression in living animals.
