Long-term success and strategic advantage are usually determined by the efficiency of managing critical business operations. Business executives are advised to adopt a well-deployed plan for the realization of their missions and visions. This can be done by focusing on five crucial business aspects, namely, customers, social responsibility, shareholders, finance and people. Additionally, several factors associated with the involved business strategy must be considered before determining the necessary actions required for its implementation.

Out with motivation, in with engagement
Article Abstract:
Engagement is a more valuable key to encouraging effective and productive work from knowledge employees. Motivation, which is ruled by control and manipulation, does not produce individual or organizational achievement. On the other hand, engagement is driven by self-determination, interest, participation, enjoyment and challenge. Giving emphasis on learning and involvement may result in improved performance.
