P and O floats off cruise arm
Article Abstract:
P and O is separating its cruise business through a stock flotation , and the new cruise company appears to have good prospects. Cruising is a small but rapidly growing segment of the holiday market, and the company's niche appears to be relatively secure. P and O will be left with ports, ferries and logistics after it has carried out more disposals that are expected, and the remaining activities are cash generative, with some good growth prospects.
