Full-motion, full-color video conferencing can be a solution to a number of major business problems. A number of rooms designed for videoconferencing are open to the public and are not just for private use. Communications companies make the rooms available to the public on an hourly basis. Electronic chalkboard, equipment for transmission of 35mm slides or videotaped programs are often also available. The uses for such facilities range from strategy meetings to introduction of new concepts or products. Videoconferencing should reduce time and costs - a major benefit to businessmen.
