Rentokil
Article Abstract:
Rentokil is a UK environmental services group which has grown through acquisitions, and reinvestment of profits in marketing, sales and cutting costs. Rentokil/BET: shut your trap
Article Abstract:
Rentokil has increased its offer for BET, and appears likely to succeed in its bid, though the offer has not increased by much. No alternative bidder is likely to appear to rescue BET, which is likely to see a sharp fall in its share price if the deal does not go ahead. Rentokil initially saw a drop in its share price following the offer, but the price then rose. Rentokil has a good record of growth, and pension funds have some tax advantages from the deal.
