Self-service technology adoption: comparing three technologies
Article Abstract:
A study on attitudes of customers towards self-services technology adoption by services industry is presented. The study is based on technologies implemented by banking sector in United States. The three technologies considered for the purpose of the study are online banking, phone banking, and automated teller machines.
