Seven officers of SynOptics Communications Inc have sold 65,000 shares of their corporation's stocks in Feb 1993 at prices ranging from $76.75 to $83.75 per share. An additional set of 71,500 shares have earlier been sold at higher prices. That trading had occured apparently in spite of deppresed market prices from a peak of $95.50 in Jan 1993 to $70.25 in early Feb 1993 bodes ill for the firm's future.
