AIT is a software company that plans a UK stock issue. The company has grown rapidly and specialises in front-end software including setting up systems for call centers. Clients include Halifax, Sun Alliance and Bristol and West. AIT plans to move to a new site with funds from the flotation, and five directors and a former founder will sell around a third of their stakes. The company's market value is likely to be from 20 million pounds sterling to 25 million pounds.
