Business marketers can take a number of steps to avoid problems with Internet presentations. These steps include avoiding Internet connection problems by copying Web pages onto a disk beforehand. Presenters must also ensure that they have either a backup Internet account from national services or temporary accounts with providers in the city where presentations are held while plug-in applications such as PowerPoint's Animation Player can also be used to improve presentations.
