Companies are increasingly using golf as a potent marketing tool,primarily because of its association with the corporate world. Among the benefits of employing famous professional golfers in advertising are cost effectiveness, recognizability and ability to penetrate the ranks of upper-level executives. As an offshoot of this trend, golfers have consistentlysurpassed other sports celebrities in terms of endorsement earnings.

Recruiters of major business corporations have increased their recruiting activities in the country's leading business schools.
