Lightweight telephone headsets are an indispensable tool for telemarketing professionals. Now, such headsets are being used for customer service representatives as well. Even in high technology companies, engineers and customer support groups are using headsets to help speed customer inquiries. Hewlett-Packard has created Response Centers to help in customer service and relations. The new headsets allow for greater mobility and fight phone fatigue.

New, light weight communications headsets are comfortable to wear and the listening quality is critical with the binuarally increased sound pressure level input. The automatic gain control reduces fatigue by amplifying weak signals and by reducing high sound levels.
