Investors' reaction to corporate financial statements included in filing form 10-K on the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system (EDGAR) is analyzed. Additional information on the effect of filing form 10-K on EDGAR vs traditional method of filing on the dissemination process of corporate financial information to investors is included.
