The effects of ergonomic interventions on low back moments are attenuated by changes in lifting behavior
Article Abstract:
A study investigated the effects of ergonomic interventions involving a reduction of the load mass and an increase in the initial lifting height to examine lifting behavior and low back moments. Findings suggest most of the changes in lifting behavior will attenuate the effect of the investigated interventions on low back moments.

The emphasis on the health ad safety of people working or exercising in hot, humid conditions led to the designing of light-weight cooling vest. Light-weight cooling vest specifically designed for sporting activities are shown to provide a significant thermoregulatory advantage.
