The ins and outs of gene expression control
Article Abstract:
The cells that contain genes and are in control of the Ga14 promoter are temperature sensitive as a slight change in it would activate the gene expression to move in or out based on the temperature and the type of cell whether it is a single celled or multicellular organism. Moreover, various systems for choosing the genetic are accessible to view the inteins which change as per the temperature and also the inhibitors that motivate the splicing of protein.

Life, diversity and the pursuit of haplotypes
Article Abstract:
The International HapMap Consortium's genome-wide survey of common genetic variation in the human genome reveals the underlying architecture of genetic variation in human populations. The understanding of the way genetic variation is organized in the genome, would greatly improve the efficiency with which alleles underlying common diseases can be identified.

Engineering the mouse genome with bacterial artificial chromosomes to create multipurpose alleles
Article Abstract:
A simple way is represented to introduce changes at two or more sites in a genetic locus and thereafter generate allele combinations. The size of Bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) templates offers new freedom for the design of targeting constructs.
