The number on biotech indexes

Biotechnology indexes differ in definition of biotech, the many companies they include, and the weight they assign to each one, and therefore are not broad indicators of worldwide, publicly traded biotech stock activity. A discussion on the criterion used by various indexes to track the biotech market is presented.

Going short on biotech
Article Abstract:
A detailed description regarding what shorting is and how much of a stock is sold short by investors is presented. In order to be a better investor it is suggested that the percentage of float short and days should be examined before investing.
