The secrets of successful empowerment
Article Abstract:
A study describes how empowerment acts within a corporate setting via several illustrations that establish the truths and corrects the misconceptions. Several business enterprises have the proper reasons for empowering their workforce but still end up unsuccessful. The empowerment process is not an instantaneous company-wide result. Extreme care and adequate planning are necessary for successful empowerment, which is reflected through customer satisfaction, better business, and employee satisfaction.

Article Abstract:
A management policy that takes into account the values of employees encourages a more open participation and an accountable handling of responsibilties from employees. A person-oriented policy produces an environment of trust and respect, which productively works both for the employee and the department. The department will only have to contend with hard-headed employees by sending them notice out or firing them.
