Top management teams and organizational renewal
Article Abstract:
A creative management model examining the executive behaviors necessary for assuring the ongoing renewal of businesses is explained. According to the model, successful executive behaviors are believed to cluster around specific and distinct cognitive styles. Cognitive styles are divided into Jungian types, Feelers, Sensors, Intuitives, and Thinkers. Management teams should be composed of several different cognitive types in order to optimally incorporate the widest range of successful executive behaviors.
