UH researcher files transgenesis suit
Article Abstract:
Anthony Perry is suing the University of Hawaii for licensing to ProBio several technologies that he claimed he owned and developed without his consent. One of the technologies he developed is a new method for mammalian transgenesis, the insertion of DNA in oocytes to make transgenic animals.
