Work ethics
Article Abstract:
Total quality management (TQM) offers workplaces the means through which a new work ethic perspective could be realized and and put to good use in the organizations' development efforts. Most modern organizations fail to improve their performance because they are at a loss as regards the ideal objective of work. In the past, work was conjured to hasten individual and societal development. Today, however, work is misconstrued as a means primarily for obtaining wealth which is important but not the end-all to development.
