Wynne open to foreign, U.S. contractors buying each other

The top Pentagon weapons buyer, Michael Wynne, stated last week that the Department of Defense (DOD) should encourage importing of arms from overseas suppliers and also encourage foreign defense firms to buy U.S. military contractors. This arrangement would result in better competition, reduced prices and also provide a larger variety to choose from.
