Your Lawyer Has Business Advice
Article Abstract:
A lawyer can assist a business the way a doctor can help a patient. He can prescribe certain steps for the entrepreneur to take before becoming involved in a business. This advice can eliminate certain difficulties later on. Tax consequences of business start-ups can be severe. Incorporation may be suggested after a business is established. Lawyers help clients determine which priorities are long-term and which short-term. Lawyers can temper a businessman's enthusiasm with good sense. They can tidy up an organization which has become careless.
