Relationship between the local structures of titanium oxide photocatalysts and their reactivities in the decomposition of NO
Article Abstract:
The relationship between the photocatalytic properties of titanium oxides prepared within zeolites is examined and the role of their local structures is explored. These photocatalysts with low Si/Al ratios exhibited high and unique photocatalytic reactivity for the different decomposition of NO into N2, O2 and N2O at 275 K.

Deposition of metallic oxides on TiO2 electrode using the photoelectrochemical epitaxial growth technique (PEEG), and electrochemical behavior of the PbO2/TiO2 electrode
Article Abstract:
The photoelectrochemical technique was used to study the deposition of metallic oxides onto both single crystal and polycrystalline TiO2 electrodes wherein the electrochemical behavior of the prepared PbO2/TiO2 electrode was also studied. Under illumination, the photoelectrodeposition of PbO2, Fe2O3 and MnO2 occured but not in the dark. Strong dependence on the crystal misfit between the TiO2 substrate and the oxides influenced the crystal orientation of the deposited oxides.
