Dealers' net gains
Article Abstract:
A number of farm cooperatives and ag product dealers have decided to capitalize on long-term relationships as well as service reputations with their customers in their entry into the Internet. These organizations, which include GROWMARK and Heart of Iowa Co-op, expressed their willingness to compete with national companies who offer their products directly to farmers. The groups believe that, when it comes to dealing with growers, they have the upper hand.
