Electrical properties of niobium-doped titanium dioxide: 2: Equilibrium kinetics
Article Abstract:
The isothermal gas/solid equilibrium kinetics for Nb-doped Ti[O.sub.2] is reported at elevated temperatures within narrow ranges of oxygen activity and the equilibrium kinetics is monitored using electrical conductivity measurements. The chemical diffusion coefficient in strongly reduced conditions has exhibited negative temperature dependence, indicating that under these conditions transport in a chemical potential gradient is consistent with metallic charge transport.

Reversible redox processes of poly(anilines) in layered semiconductor niobate films under alternate UV-Vis light illumination
Article Abstract:
The hybridization of the poly(anilines) (PANI) guest species incorporated within layered [K.sub.4][Nb.sub.6][O.sub.17] to form anisotropically oriented polyaniline/niobate (PANI/NbO) hybrids are reported. The hybrids are observed to exhibit efficient photoinduced redox reactions accompanied by reversible photochromic properties.
