FRANCE: MANAGEMENT SHUFFLE AT BOUCHARA

While Marie-Pierre Charnaillat and Marie-Paule Serre remain MDs at Bouchara, the French pharmaceutical firm has experienced management shuffle due to its acquisition by the Italian group, Recordati. Giovanni Recordati took over from Philippe Bouchara as the French firm's boss, while Walter Bevilacqua and Fritz Squindo entered Bouchara's board of directors.
