Identification of crystalline and amorphous regions in low molecular weight materials using microthermal analysis
Article Abstract:
The suitability and utility of the microthermal analysis (MTA) technique for the identification of crystalline and amorphous regions in low molecular weight materials is studied. The technique was found able to differentiate between the two physical regions in localized thermal analysis mode and also found to have the potential for identifying distinct physical regions in a single sample.

Photodynamics of latex nanospheres examined using two-photon fluorescence correlation spectroscopy
Article Abstract:
The Two-photon fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS) is used for studying the photodynamics of latex nanospheres. It is observed that the high laser intensities did not affect the solvent significantly whereas the refractive organic material is severely compromised.
