Improvements have been made concerning manufacturing processes in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, more specifically in flow chemistry. Flow chemistry in organic and natural product synthesis, the use of microreactors, flow-based chemical synthesis, and integration of supported reagents, are disussed.
